SPEED, AGILITY, POWER, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, AND BODY MECHANICS WILL BE ASSESSED BY OUR PHYSICAL TESTING PROGRAM.

Our professional staff will design a sport specific program for you based on testing results.


ONE-ON-ONE AND SMALL GROUP PROGRAMS

  • 4 levels of training to meet your needs and schedule (see chart)
  • Small groups of less than five who train together receive a 25% discount

TEAM TRAINING PROGRAMS
  • Available for groups of five or more athletes
  • Cost is $12 / Athlete / Session which allows you to choose the frequency and duration of training to meet your needs
