| Established in January 2002, Healthstyles Health and Wellness Center provides a wide variety of fitness activities. The Health and Wellness Center incorporates a 6,000+ square foot fitness club with Cybex machines, "free weights", cardiovascular equipment, a variety of fitness classes, a therapeutic pool, massages, an indoor walking track, and nutritional counseling. | |
| Locker rooms are complete with showers for our patrons’ convenience. Our certified, educated, and experienced fitness staff/exercise specialists will provide body composition evaluations, goal and fitness assessments, and a variety of membership options. | |
